Orders can be placed by phone or email. Please contact us by phone at one of these numbers (For English and German call: +420 731 821 829, for Czech and Polish call +420 77 55 77 125, for both numbers also possible by SMS or WhatsApp) or by email at info@crazyhelena.cz. When ordering by email, be sure to include your phone number for questions! 

By law, we are only permitted to exchange goods to a limited extent. Opened consumables, unsealed products and underwear are excluded from exchange. We would be happy to check the exchange for you. Please use the contact form.

Of course! You can find the language that is currently displayed in the header of the website. You can change the language using the dropdown menu. We offer our website in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Polish.

We accept the following currencies: EURO, CZK and PLN. The total amount is always booked in the selected currency. The currency can be set in the header area of the website. The prices are then displayed in the selected currency.

Your delivery address can be changed later, within 2 working days after ordering. If you find a mistake after submitting the order, please use the contact form with the subject: Change Delivery address.

You will find a link "Forgot your password" on the login page. Please click on this and get a new password. Please check also your Spam-box! If you do not receive login data, please use the contact form.

The activation of the tracking links for shipments can be delayed and can take up to one business day before the package is displayed.

We send the order confirmation after the successful order. This is automatically sent by the system. Please check whether the e-mail was not delivered to the spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation of your order, please send us a message using the contact form or contact us by phone (also via SMS or WhatsApp). We will immediately check the progress of your order.

As soon as your order has been shipped by us, we will automatically send the shipping confirmation including the tracking code. Please check whether the e-mail was not delivered to the spam folder. We sometimes offer free gifts/products in connection with order amounts. Please note the terms of the promotion. To redeem, please mark the product in the shopping cart. If all conditions are met, the product is displayed under voucher in the shopping cart. Important: you have to mark it and put it in the shopping cart. Once it appears in the cart, everything is correct and the product is included.

In some countries we deliver without shipping costs. Free delivery is subject to an order threshold. Here you will find the complete overview of the shipping costs and from which order amount we deliver free of charge.

We offer full shipment tracking. As soon as we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link. With this link you can track the progress of your goods exactly.
