We are legally allowed to exchange goods only on certain conditions. The exchange excludes opened consumer goods, unsealed products and underwear. We will check the exchange for you. Please use the contact form.

Naturally! You can find the language that is currently displayed in the header area of the web page. You can change the language with the dropdown menu. We offer our website in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian, Czech and Polish.

We accept the following currencies: EURO, CZK and PLN. The total amount is always posted in the selected currency. The currency can be set in the header area of the website. The prices are then displayed in the selected currency.

Your delivery address can be changed later, within 2 working days after ordering. If you find a mistake after submitting the order, please use the contact form with the subject: Change Delivery address.

You will find a link "Forgot your password" on the login page. Please click this and get a new password. Please check also your Spam-box! If you do not receive login data, please use the contact form.

GLS Shipping: The activation of the tracking links for international shipments may be delayed and may take up to 6 hours until the package is displayed. However, the package is available from the handover on the national website.

For shipments with DHL, the tracking code will be activated within 2-3 business days or sent to you via email. Shipping by DHL must be under certain conditions. Therefore, we receive the tracking code only after posting to the DHL Germany network or the code is activated only here. It does not change the total delivery time.

We send the order confirmation after the successful order. This is sent automatically by the system. Please check, if the eMail was not delivered into the Spam-box. If you have not received a confirmation of your order, please send us a message via the contact form. We will immediately check the processing of your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched by us, we will automatically send the shipping confirmation incl. tracking code. Please check, if the eMail was not delivered in Spam-box. We offer partially free gifts / products in connection with order totals. Please note the terms of the promotion. To redeem, please mark the product in the shopping cart. If all conditions are met, the product will be displayed under Voucher in the shopping cart. Important: you have to mark it and put it in the shopping cart. Once it appears in the cart, everything is correct and the product is included.

In some countries we deliver without shipping costs. The free delivery is subject to an order threshold. Here you will find the complete overview of the shipping costs and from which order amount we deliver for free.

Naturally! We offer a complete tracking service. Once your package is sent by us, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link. With this link you can follow the delivery history of your goods exactly.
