Scrotum weights are testes weights. These are fixed above the scrotum and stretch by weight the bag.
Application:
This sack stretcher, or ball stretcher, is fixed by means of screws.
Unscrew one screw and open the second one slightly. Now you can open the ball stretcher.
Put it over the scrotum and fix it with the second screw. If your scrotum is slightly larger, you can also loosen both screws and put it on better.
